3 Days Safari Tsavo East & Amboseli
Safari from Watamu, Malindi or Mombasa to Tsavo East and Amboseli.
A unique itinerary that guarantees sightings of the Big Five.
Itinerary
Day 1
- Departure from the resort/apartment at 6:00 am, direction Tsavo East. First stop: Crocodile Point where we will admire crocodiles and monkeys.
- We will enter the park around 10.30am where we will start the first game drive. We will slowly head towards the lodge (or tented camp) where we will arrive around 1pm.
- Here we will have lunch and relax, also in the pool, until 3.30pm when we will leave for the second game drive. At sunset we will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2
- Breakfast scheduled for 6:00 am, after which we will leave for the Rimeto Gate of Amboseli Park.
- Here we will enter and enjoy a fantastic game drive that will lead us to our lodge (or tented camp) at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro where we will have lunch.
- At 3.30pm we will head towards Lake Amboseli.
- In the late afternoon we will return to the lodge for dinner.
- After dinner there will be a performance by the Masai tribe.
Day 3
- Breakfast around 6:00 am, departure for the game drive.
- From here we will move to the nearest Masai village to watch the typical dances, visit their homes and buy souvenirs.
- We will have lunch in the city of Voi and then return to Watamu.
